If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery confirmation (via tracking).

You must provide proof of purchase (order number and email used at checkout).

Refunds are only available for first-time buyers on their first bottle of TryKakou.

Bottles must be unopened or used no more than 10% (we reserve the right to assess this via photo evidence).

You must submit at least one form of product feedback (written or video) so we can improve our formulas.
🚫 What Disqualifies a Refund:

Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery.

Bottles that are more than 10% used.

Repeat customers or customers with multiple refund requests on record.

Orders with no proof of delivery or matching customer info.

Orders purchased during limited-time promotions, bundles, or clearance.

We do not currently offer exchanges, but you may be eligible for a store credit or replacement bottle depending on the situation.
