If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:


✅ Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery confirmation (via tracking).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and email used at checkout).

  • Refunds are only available for first-time buyers on their first bottle of TryKakou.

  • Bottles must be unopened or used no more than 10% (we reserve the right to assess this via photo evidence).

  • You must submit at least one form of product feedback (written or video) so we can improve our formulas.


🚫 What Disqualifies a Refund:

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery.

  • Bottles that are more than 10% used.

  • Repeat customers or customers with multiple refund requests on record.

  • Orders with no proof of delivery or matching customer info.

  • Orders purchased during limited-time promotions, bundles, or clearance.


🔄 Exchanges:

We do not currently offer exchanges, but you may be eligible for a store credit or replacement bottle depending on the situation.

  3. Wait for our team to review your request within 3–5 business days.
